Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said Kevin Lottimore, of St. John's Road, was searched on the February 26 after Police saw him on Court Street.

Sgt. Taylor reported that around 2.20 a.m. a Police car on patrol drove by the area known as "the playground'' when they saw Lottimore who "appeared to be nervous''.

Upon searching him, officers found substances later found to be .48 grams of 81 percent pure cocaine and .52 grams of cannabis.

When asked if he had a comment, Lottimore said: "I'm sorry for what I've done.'' Mr. Francis ordered a social inquiry report for August 15 and released him on $500 bail with one like surety.
