Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis ruled yesterday that those were the conditions of bail for 40-year-old Derrick Mallory, who pleaded not guilty to charges of assault causing bodily harm to his estranged wife, Devina Mallory.

Mr. Francis set bail at $500 and warned that Mallory must have no contact with his wife and could not go to the Cedar Park Road residence where the Mallory family lives.

Before the order was issued, Mallory told the court he could find alternative accommodation.

His trial was set for January 7.
