The Cardaire House building won planning permission from the Development Applications Board yesterday.

But constructors will still have to apply for a building permit. They have also been ordered to landscape the site.

Meanwhile, the Board also approved plans, subject to several conditions, for a home tutoring centre on Pitts Bay Road.
