A fire crew battled the blaze for 15 minutes after being called out at 3.45 a.m. on Saturday morning to the home in Princess Street.

A spokewoman said: "Police arrived to find the 30-foot cabin cruiser Cleopatra well ablaze, along with a couple of trees, threatening two nearby structures.''
