accused of tampering with Transport Control Department documents.

Police Commissioner Mr. Lennett (Lenny) Edwards confirmed yesterday that a file on the officer's activities had been presented to the Attorney General.

Mr. Edwards said the file was compiled after an internal Police investigation.

The officer in question has not been suspended from duty, the Commissioner said.
