they warned that harbouring runaway juveniles is a criminal offence -- punishable by a fine of up to $3000.

The girls -- Kris Darrell, 16, and Okeisha Clarke, 14, -- disappeared from the Brangman Home in Smith's last Saturday and have not been seen since.

Ms Darrell is five feet seven inches tall, with shoulder length black hair and dark brown eyes, and weighs around 140 lbs.

Ms Clarke is described as brown-skinned with short brown hair and brown eyes and is around five feet four inches tall.
