The former tenant of ex-PLP candidate Rodney Smith has finally moved into her new home.
Sharon Williams, who was at the centre of a storm after claiming she was illegally evicted from the home she rented from Mr. Smith, moved into her Paget residence this week.
And once her new home is established, Ms Williams said she will turn to the matter of legal action against Mr. Smith.
She vowed to seek compensation for the damage caused when her belongings were left outside the Spring Hill, Warwick, apartment.
Rodney Smith resigned his position as a PLP candidate in Pembroke West in the upcoming election after the row.
He was quizzed by a party committee on his actions and later admitted that he could have chosen a better way to remove his tenants from the apartment.

This year's Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Conference will consider the impact of globalisation on Commonwealth governments.
Speaker of the House of Assembly Ernest DeCouto, Senate President Alf Oughton and House of Assembly Clerk Murial Roach will be jetting off to Wellington for the conference, which will be hosted by New Zealand's Speaker of the House of Representatives, Doug Kidd.
Two other delegates to the conference, Government backbencher Gary Pitman and PLP Tourism spokesman David Allen, have pulled out of the trip because of the impending election.

A female visitor staying at a guest house on North Shore Road, Pembroke, was woken in the early hours of Friday morning to find a shadowy figure standing at the sliding glass door to her apartment.
The intruder was able to escape before the alarm was raised, taking with him a black cloth knapsack containing magazines.
Also on Thursday night a large grey canopy measuring 20 feet by 20 feet was stolen from the playground at Loyal Hill, Devonshire. The theft was discovered on Friday morning.
And on Friday evening a three foot tall concrete statue of a lion was stolen from a construction site at Sunset Pass, Pembroke.
Thieves broke into a truck parked on Addendum Lane in Pembroke on Friday night. The front nearside window was smashed but nothing was stolen.
Police are appealing to any witnesses who may have information on these crimes.
AMERICAN FLIGHT DIVERTS FLY American flight diverts An American Airlines flight from Puerto Rico was diverted to Bermuda on Saturday afternoon after a passenger on board suffered a suspected heart attack.
Emergency crews were on standby to rush the male passenger to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital after the plane, bound for Newark, landed at the airport at about 2.30 p.m.
The man was examined but later released without further treatment.
PEDESTRIAN MUGGED CRM Pedestrian mugged A 51-year-old Pembroke man was mugged in Hamilton on Saturday morning.
The victim was walking on Serpentine Road at about 6 a.m. when he was approached from behind by his attacker who hit him on the head, knocking him to the ground.
A scuffle followed during which the assailant was able to snatch the victim's wallet before making off.
The victim was not seriously injured in the attack and made his way to Hamilton Police Station where he reported the incident.
MAN THROWN IN HARBOUR CRM Man thrown in harbour Police made three arrests after a man was thrown into St. George's Harbour.
The 33-year-old from St. George's was found in the water by his brother early on Friday.
Detectives were questioning men aged 22, 20 and 17 last night.
