Court on Friday to a charge of consuming alcohol in the establishment outside operating hours. The court heard that Police entered Ram's Head at 3.40 a.m.
on August 21, 1991, on a routine check and found Michael Davis in front of the bar with a glass of "dark liquid'' in front of him.
One of the officers inspected the drink and found it to contain alcohol. The pub has a standard night club liquor licence which allows intoxicants to be served until 3 a.m.
Davis said he was clearing up the bar and was "taking a breather'' when the officers walked in, and insisted the drink was not his. The 22-year-old Sandys parish resident was fined $75.
