Constabulary.

Effective August 17, Sergeants Egbert Brown and Peter Holmes were promoted to the ranks of Inspector and Constable Randolph Byer was promoted to Sergeant.

Inspectors Brown and Holmes, who both joined the Constabulary in November 1978, will continue duties on the Central Division.

Sgt. Byer, who has been a member of the Reserve Constabulary since 1982 is based at the Western Division.
