Minister of Works the Hon. Leonard Gibbons yesterday announced another delay in completion of the Tynes Bay Incinerator.

Mr. Gibbons said: "The testing of sea water pipes which cross North Shore Road has been delayed and, unfortunately, this is also causing a delay in reopening the road to traffic.'' It is anticipated the project will end early in 1994.
