Technical problems involving the production of unusually large newspapers were responsible for the delays, which resulted in the newspaper being late on two separate occasions in the last three weeks.

"We believe that we have now solved the problems and have put new procedures in place which should ensure that the newspaper will be on time from now on,'' said Royal Gazette Ltd. general manager Keith Jensen.
