Arthur Dill, of Orchard Grove, Pembroke, pleaded guilty to stealing the phone and battery charger after having a dispute with his boss on September 22, 2000.

His boss noticed the phone was missing several days later and called the mobile phone's number.

An unknown male who answered told the boss he bought it from Arthur Dill and the boss could not have the phone back until the unknown male had his money back.

The Police were notified and 36-year-old Arthur Dill was arrested by Police.
