Toyota Station Wagon that had been parked in a parking lot on Boaz Island around 11.30 pm. on Wednesday.

The owner, a Sandys Parish woman, said she returned about 45 minutes later and found that some personal items were stolen worth $1700. The stolen items include some clothes, a travel bag and wallet containing jewellry, a camera and travel documents.

A 25-year-old Pembroke man was yesterday taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with a suspected broken leg after his Yamaha motorcycle collided with a parked car.

He is listed in satisfactory condition in the Intensive Care Unit. Police report the accident occurred just east of Store Hill in Smiths Parish around one a.m. yesterday. The man was traveling east on North Shore Road when the mishap occurred.
