The publication, entitled "Tourism Today'', is designed to communicate with the public about tourism issues.

It contains an introductory letter from Tourism Minister David Dodwell, information on tourism initiatives, employee profiles and a report on the Radio Bermuda marketing campaign.

The quarterly newsletter is a component of the "On-Island Communications Plan'' developed by the Department's task force. The newsletter is intended to complement the existing Tourism in Focus programme and Visitor Industry Partnership initiatives.
