Two don gowns and wigs in double induction ceremony
lawyers called to the Bermuda Bar last week.
Allison Dyer and Pepin Aslet both donned gowns and wigs for the double induction ceremony.
Dianna Kempe, who spoke for Ms Dyer, said: "She is an outstanding addition to law on the Island. She is a well-rounded individual with a balance in life, which is extremely important.'' Ms Dyer graduated from the Bermuda High School for Girls, then received her Bachelor of Political Science from Queens University, in Canada before earning an honours degree in Law at Kent University, England.
She has worked on the Island as a student at the Bank of Bermuda, in insurance and in telecommunications.
Allison plans on working as a corporate lawyer at Appleby, Spurling & Kempe.
Mr. Aslet studied at Buckingham University, UK and finished at the Inns of Court School of Law, UK, four years ago. After practising law in Northampton, UK, he came to Bermuda last year to work.
Pipin Asiet Allison Dyer
