Giving her name as simply Diana she writes: "Dad please call me because I love you, Diana.'' She says the matter is urgent.

Anyone who might know Mr. Allen or his whereabouts can contact Insp. Stuart Innes at the Police Headquarters.

LICENCE BREACH DENIED LIQ Licence breach denied Holiday Enterprises, a company owned by concert promoter Choy Aming, was accused of breaching the Liquor Licence Act on Wednesday.

Aming appeared in Magistrates' Court but was not required to speak.

Mr. Arnold Francis QC entered a not guilty plea on behalf of the company.

The matter was set down for mention on June 16.

NEW WAREHOUSES APPROVED PLN Newly-merged Butterfield & Vallis wholesalers have been given planning permission for an extension to their Orange Valley, Devonshire operation. The Development Applications Board conditionally approved plans for a new warehouse and additional offices.

Before they can build the new premises they must provide parking for 40 cars and 40 cycles. The site is to be landscaped once building is over.

Butterfield & Vallis management are looking to strengthen the recent merger with expansion and to have a single site in Orange Valley, disposing of the Woodlands Road site in Pembroke.

Spokesman Mr. Ed Sousa said: "It is an effort to expand the facilities allowing for the business that the new company will generate.

"Presently we have two facilities but the longer term objective is to operate from one. It is all part of our plans to move the company into the 90s.'' WARWICK HOUSES APPROVED PLN Warwick houses approved Planners were kept busy with applications from Mr. Raymond Raynor and Mr.

Keith James in Tribe Road 6 in Warwick.

They conditionally approved plans for three houses and a dock with road widening for access by the two men.

Conditions included careful preparation to ensure that the local Woodland Reserve was protected from damage by the development.

Prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne said Police had been called to Palmetto Road in the early hours of May 23 to deal with pack racing complaints.

They were talking to a large group of teenagers on motorcycles when Trott rode up on a pedal bike. Sgt. Osborne said the 17-year-old shouted "Go home!'' to Police. He was told to leave the scene, but refused.

When asked his name, he replied George Bush and swore at the officers. Trott was handcuffed and taken to Hamilton Police Station.

Trott said he had not used offensive words at Police and they had been man-handling him. Duty counsel Mr. Nicholas Dill said Trott's remarks had been "off the cuff'' and that he had not been involved in pack-racing.

Acting Magistrate the Wor. Charles-Etta Simmons bound him over to keep the peace for 12 months.

MAN STOLE CYCLE HELMETS CTS Man stole cycle helmets A social inquiry report was ordered yesterday for a teenager who admitted possession of a switchblade knife.

Tyrone Butterfield, 17, of Prospect, also pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to stealing two Centurion helmets from a bike parked at City Hall on April 10 -- while concerned together with another youth.

Prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne said Police had been stationed at the car park that evening following a spate of bike and helmet thefts.

They saw Butterfield bend down and cut two helmets from a bike lock and then ride off on his own motorcycle.

They pursued and arrested him. The prohibited weapon was found on him during a search at the Police Station.

Acting Magistrate the Wor. Charles-Etta Simmons ordered the unemployed teen to appear for sentencing on June 22.
