Adel Laura Roberts of Somerset Road, is alleged to have caused the death of Craig Walter Astwood on South Shore Road, Southampton on September 10, 1996.
Since the charges are indictable, Roberts did not have to enter a plea when she appeared before Senior Magistrate Will Francis.
Roberts, who is represented by lawyer Mark Diel, was released on $500 bail and will appear for mention on October 2.
Roberts was the driver of a Bermuda General Agency van which was in collision with Mr. Astwood's motorcycle on the junction of Horseshoe Raod and South Shore Road in Southampton.
