Mr. Francis granted Steven Sigismund Geiger, of New York City, bail of $300,000 and two sureties.Geiger was extradited to Bermuda after being arrested by US marshals seven weeks ago on two fraud charges totaling $1.34 million.

Geiger was extradited to Bermuda after being arrested by US marshals seven weeks ago on two fraud charges totaling $1.34 million. He is described as the head of exempted company Hellenic Navigation, Inc.
Geiger will only be released from Police custody when his travel documents have been surrendered.
