Daniel David Perry, 70 of St. Anne's Road, was going home after leaving a wake when he collided with a wall on Blue Hole Hill, Hamilton Parish.
Police arrived at the scene and found Perry's motorcycle wedged up against the wall with the front wheel off the ground.
When Perry was questioned by officers at the scene, he appeared to be drunk.
He told officers that he had been at a wake earlier and had had a few drinks.
"I'm sorry,'' he told the Court. "This won't happen again.'' Perry was fined $500 and disqualified from all vehicles for the next 12 months.
