The pair, who live at Sommersall Road, Smith's, appeared before Magistrate Will Francis yesterday.

Takiya Rabain, a 22-year-old dental assistant, also pleaded guilty yesterday to riding without reasonable consideration on Front Street on April 14 last year and was fined $200.

Takiya Rabain had also been ticketed for not a having a driver's licence but the Crown offered no evidence and Ms. Rabain was given a conditional discharge.
