Harrington Hundreds Grocery was further remanded in custody yesterday for two more weeks.

Ronald Raymond Wilson, 25, will be brought back to court on August 10 for mention because prosecutors have not completed the file against him.

Wilson, of Friswells Road, Devonshire, is accused of being armed with a machete and trying to rob cashier Leone Woolridge on June 29.

He is also charged with unlawfully wounding co-owner Anthony Aguiar, intending to cause grievous bodily harm.

Wilson was last week jailed for 20 days for speeding by Senior Magistrate Will Francis.

Wilson, appeared in Magistrates' Court for a speeding ticket on Thursday.

But after being fined $230 for being caught travelling at 60 kph, Wilson told Mr. Francis: "I'll do the time.'' And according to Crown Counsel Lesley Basden, the speeding offence occurred at 4.59 p.m. on June 29 -- two hours before the alleged robbery at Harrington Hundreds.
