September and October of this year appeared before Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner yesterday for mention.

Ashley Wellman, 24, of Cook's Hill Lane was remanded in custody by Acting Senior Magistrate Edward King earlier this month but his lawyer, Larry Scott, appealed the ruling in the Supreme Court and Wellman was granted bail.

His bail was extended yesterday and he will appear in Magistrates' Court in two weeks when a trial date is expected to be set.
