accused of setting fire to a vessel.

Gilbert Ronald Stuart Simons, 30, of Rockaway Lane, failed to turn up for a scheduled court appearance and Pusine Judge Richard Ground adjourned for 20 minutes to see if he would show.

When Simons failed to do so and his counsel Archie Warner was unable to furnish the court with a reason for his client's absence Mr. Justice Ground issued a bench warrant to have Simons arrested.

Simons is charged with setting fire to a vessel between March 31 and April 3, 1996 and conspiracy to set fire to a vessel between March 22 and April 3, 1996.
