New weekly figures reveal air passengers are up 9.1 percent and cruise visitors 16.4 percent.

When the week August 2-8 this year is compared to the same week in 1992, air passengers are up 8.6 percent and cruise visitors up 36.2 percent.

Combined visitor arrivals are up 17.5 percent for that week, the new Government figures show.
