Michael Allan Bell, of 1 Trews Apartment denied seven charges in all when he appeared in Supreme Court yesterday.
Senior Crown Counsel Brian Calhoun told Chief Justice Austin Ward that Bell was charged with robbing David Creed of his wallet and its contents, including $300, on October 24 last year. Bell is also accused of assaulting Ann Creed with the intent to commit a robbery. He is further charged with doing grievous bodily harm to Mr. Creed.
Bell is also charged with breaking into the Loughlands Guesthouse in Paget and assaulting the owner, Ruth Mary Pickles, before robbing her of a gold chain worth $900.
