BANDING TOGETHER -- Mr. Alfredo Ortiz busies himself on the roof of the 103-year-old bandstand at Victoria Park which is being renovated by Corporation of Hamilton workers. The bandstand -- built to commemorate the diamond jubilee of Queen Victoria -- will feature in a scene from a promotional film, providing the setting for a local performance of the Beatles classic "In My Life.''
