The Reading Evening Post, a local newspaper based in Ms Cadell's home town in Berkshire, England, is also closely following events.
And the Mail on Sunday, one of the country's most popular tabloid newspapers, is hoping to run a feature article on the tragic tale after the inquest has finished.
Journalist David Sapsted, New York correspondent for the Daily Telegraph, is currently on Island covering the story for the London-based national.
Mr. Sapstead, who worked for The Royal Gazette back in the early 1970's, said: "The fact that the dead person is a British woman obviously means there will be interest back home.
