Sgt. Peter Giles, prosecuting, told the court that Police officers armed with a search warrant went to the Friswell's Hill residence of Gary Cann in the early morning hours of June 10.

During their search, officers found an orange pouch with plastic tubing inside, containing .64 grams of cannabis. The 28-year-old admitted the offence.
