They have been asked to send their written views to a Cabinet Committee looking into the issue.
The committee -- chaired by Tourism Minister David Dodwell -- is also planning a series of public meetings on franchises.
Premier David Saul set up the committee after the furore over Government's decision to grant a McDonald's franchise licence to Grape Bay, a company which counts ex-Premier Sir John Swan and UBP backbencher Maxwell Burgess among its shareholders.
Dr. Saul said: "The Cabinet Committee has been expanded to include members of the public in order to carry out a complete review of franchise policy.'' People should send their views on franchises to the Cabinet Office, Front Street, Hamilton.
