publishing tape transcripts of a drugs case have yet to be heard by the Supreme Court.

The court has postponed the hearing twice since Mr. Julian Hall MP was granted the injunction early last week.

Puisne Judge Mr. Justice Ward granted the injunction after The Royal Gazette newspaper published transcripts of a taped conversation with jailed drug dealer Dexter Dillas.

The court listed The Royal Gazette to be heard on Friday and again yesterday, but the hearings were postponed because Mr. Ward has been ill.

The injunction extends to a third transcript which has not yet been published.
