Crewmem evacuted

King Edward VII Memorial Hospital yesterday afternoon after the ship made an emergency call on Bermuda.
A 19-year-old man who fell 30 feet on board the the Sirius Delmas complained of severe pains in his lower back. He suffered injuries to his hip and left leg. The other man, aged 18, is believed to have contracted malaria. He had a high fever.
The German-registered cargo ship spent one month off West Africa and was headed for Virginia. The 484-foot vessel left Bermuda at 1.40 p.m.
