The recommendations will be printed in full, along with key extracts of Judge Tumim's report.

Judge Tumim, her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons in England and Wales, spent a month last summer reviewing the criminal justice system.

His review followed a series of security lapses, including the breakout from Casemates of convicted murderer Troy Shorter.
