they were half dead and half alive.I read the article and found out that one was hit over the head with a mallet and the other looked barely alive.

I read the article and found out that one was hit over the head with a mallet and the other looked barely alive.
I think that if they catch that person, he or she should be locked up for at least two months and should not be able to own a pet because there are more humane ways to get rid of your pet.
