changes in passenger travel. Meyer Agencies -- local agents for the Meridian , Dreamward , and the Zenith -- saw a decline for all three. The Meridian , normally carrying some 1,400 visitors, arrived Tuesday with 705, half that number. The Zenith reached Hamilton Monday with 1,247 passengers and the Dreamward arrived the same day with 1,017. Both ships' passenger count had dropped by some 200 people. The spokesman attributed the decrease to the end of summer. "We have noticed a decline due to the fact that (foreign) students have returned to school,'' he said. Both the Dreamward and the Zenith are expected to leave today. The Meridian is due to return to Baltimore, Maryland, tomorrow afternoon. John S. Darrell reported that the Royal Majesty brought in 802 passengers Tuesday morning and is expected to leave tomorrow. The Song of America , which also arrived Tuesday with 1,324 passengers, is expected to leave the same day. Meyer also reported that the irregular caller, the MV Seabourne Legend made her third and last visit of the year last Thursday with 132 passengers, leaving Saturday. SHIPPING SHI
