The accident took place in Frithcote Lane in Warwick at 1.15 a.m. on Saturday.

A truck, a Honda livery cycle and a Yamaha V50 cycle were involved.

Police said the driver of the truck, a 30-year-old Sandys man, failed an alco-analyser test and was arrested.

The injured 17-year-old youth was taken to hospital and listed in stable condition. He is expected to be moved to a general ward today.
