Shawn Showers admitted possessing 2.8 grammes of cannabis in Paget on August 29 with intent to supply.

Duty counsel Mr. Stephen Hankey said Showers was unemployed and someone had told him selling drugs was a quick way to make money.

The Wor. John Judge ordered Showers to forfeit the $225 and fined him $1,000.
