East End man denies charges of unlawful sex

The first offence allegedly occurred between June 27 and August 1, 1992; the second allegedly between November 1 and December 1, 1992; and the third allegedly between December 10, 1992 and January 10, 1993.

The accused is represented by Mr. Tim Marshall and will reappear for mention on December 16.

A 42-year-old Sandys man who denied having unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl under 16, will go to trial on April 5 next year. He is represented by Ms Patricia Harvey.

Constance Eleanor Edness, 48, of Southampton, entered not guilty pleas to charges that she wounded Robin Hollinshead with the intent to do grievous bodily harm, and assaulted a Police officer with the intent to do bodily harm.

Both offences allegedly took place on June 26. She is represented by Mr.

Archibald Warner and will reappear for mention on December 6.

A 17-year-old Sandys man who denied charges of rape, assault with attempt to commit rape and doing grievous bodily harm, will reappear for mention December 6.

The accused, who is represented by Mr. Archibald Warner, also denied taking away an auxiliary cycle without the owner's consent. The offences allegedly occurred on May 9.

Gerry Eugene Fubler, who earlier denied using a firearm to steal $4,471 in cash and cheques from Warren Foggo on June 4, will go to trial on February 28.

Fubler is represented by Mr. Peter Farge.

Alexander Troy Brangman of Warwick who allegedly imported 1.14 kg of 60 percent pure cocaine, will go to trial on February 8.

He is represented by Mr. Richard Hector.

Imprisoned lawyer Lawrence John Madeiros, who is charged with making payments abroad without getting the necessary permission from the Bermuda Monetary Authority, was remanded in custody until both the prosecution and defence can agree on a trial date.

Madeiros is represented by Mr. Richard Hector.

Jamaican sisters Marlene and Theresa St. John, who were charged with importing cocaine, will be sentenced on November 15.

They are represented by Mr. Archibald Warner.

Shawn Derrick Gibson, who earlier pleaded not guilty to unlawfully wounding Marc MacDonald with the intent to do grievous bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon, had his case adjourned until January 10.

He is represented by Mr. Tim Marshall.

Floyd McCoy Smith who denied charges of damaging property, inflicting injury and causing bodily harm will reappear for mention on November 15. He is represented by Mr. Archie Warner.
