The Board said that prior to starting work: "The applicant must enter into agreement with the Minister of Works and Engineering regarding the area of foreshore encroachment and shall obtain from the Minister of Environment the requisite foreshore licence.'' The Board also gave the green light to the Bermuda College Stonington Campus for a car park, storage building, green house and new service road. It stated that provision should be made for the disposal of storm water.

Marwon Kieshon Bean, 17, of Store Lane, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne said Bean entered the home through a bedroom window.

Duty counsel Ms Elizabeth Christopher asked for a social inquiry report.

Magistrate the Wor. Cheryl Ann Mapp ordered the report and released Bean on $500 bail. He will appear in court on April 10 for sentencing.

BANNED DRIVER CAUGHT AT WHEEL CTS Banned driver caught at wheel A 52-year-old Pembroke man who drove an unlicenced and uninsured car while disqualified was fined $975 in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Tyrone Eugene Tucker, of St. Monica's Road, pleaded guilty to the offences which occurred on February 3, less than a month after he began serving a four-month driving ban for speeding.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne said Tucker was stopped on Union Street and a check revealed he was a disqualified driver. His car licence had expired in 1991 and he had no third party insurance.

Magistrate the Wor. Mrs. Cheryl Ann Mapp fined Tucker $500 for the disqualified driving offence and took him off the road for 12 months.

She fined him $350 for driving without third party insurance and $125 for having no car licence.

POLICE INVESTIGATE COURT ST. ATTACK CRM Police investigate Court St. attack Police are looking into a report that a 27-year-old man was assaulted on Court Street.

The victim told Police that, following a dispute with another man at around 10.20 p.m. on Wednesday, he was punched in the face and received cuts, abrasions, and a broken tooth. He was taken to King Edward VII Memorial for treatment.
