Hall hearing in chambers
Hall's office gets underway on Monday before Chief Justice the Hon. Austin Ward.
Mr. Hall is set to meet a representative of the Attorney General's Chambers to hear the circumstances behind Police obtaining two search warrants which resulted in an October 22 raid of his Front Street offices, Hall and Associates.
It is understood a number of documents were seized. The hearing, expected to last a few days, will be in-chambers, which means members of the media and public are barred.
It is understood the former Opposition member is bidding to quash the two search warrants.
The Attorney General will be representing Police Commissioner Mr. Lennett (Lenny) Edwards and Magistrate the Wor. John Judge, both named in the writ taken out by Mr. Hall after the raid.
