Magistrate Edward King sent Devon Landy, 17, to the Co-ed Facility after noting Landy failed to appear before him on April 29 for assaulting a Police officer.

Landy admitted stealing a $2,000 Aprilla Scarabeo cycle.

He denied assaulting a Police officer, violently resisting arrest and causing bodily harm to the Policeman by reckless driving in Pembroke on June 25.
