The South Shore resort has put the novelty train on the market this week because guests were experiencing an awkward ride going over speed bumps as they went around the South Shore, Paget property.

The train, which Elbow Beach has had for several years, is similar to the one used to convey visitors around Hamilton.

Elbow Beach spokeswoman Kendaree Burgess-Fairn said that the hotel has not yet received any offers.

The hotel recently advertised the train with a $30,000 price tag.

Guests will continue to use golf carts to get around the property.
