Attorney General Mr. Walter Maddocks said last night the hearing has now been rescheduled for November 16.

Madeiros is accused of stealing cash from Boyd Davis between April 28, 1987, and November 24, 1989.

He is also charged with the fraudulent disposal of trust property.

It is alleged that, while a trustee, he tried to convert the money to his own use without authority.
