Police spokesperson Evelyn James Barnett said one of the women was in the bedroom of her Warwick condominium at about 12.30 a.m. yesterday when she looked outside and spotted a man sitting on her storage shed roof.
The woman's screams caused the culprit to flee.
Mrs. James Barnett said Police were looking for a black man, around six feet tall, of big build who was wearing a multi-coloured top and dark pants at the time of the incident.
Minutes earlier, a similar incident took place at a Dunscombe Road, Warwick apartment.
A woman was lying on her bed when she saw someone open her sliding glass door.
The woman screamed when a hand began to pull the curtain back. The person then fled.
