The Hon. Sir Denys Roberts and his two fellow Appeal Court judges were due to decide a three-year planning battle between Paget couple Mr. and Mrs. Charles Green and their neighbour Mr. Peter Darling.

The case also involves Environment Minister the Hon. Ann Cartwright DeCouto, whose actions in approving Mr. Darling's plan to build an add-on bathroom is questioned by the Greens.

But yesterday Sir Denys told the court: "We found this rather more difficult than we expected. We do need more some more time before we are able to give our decision or our reasons for it.''
