for delaying the justice process -- again.

Acting Senior Magistrate Edward King sounded off after AG's chambers failed to prepare papers for an accused person after more than a month's delay.

"Something's wrong at the AG's chambers, and you know my mouth doesn't have a cover,'' said Mr. King.

"Too long are people having to wait for papers to be served. These papers were to be served on the fifth of June, the third of July, and now today,'' he noted.

"Defence lawyers have to prepare a case overnight, and these nine-to-five people have got to start working overtime, too. After all, they're getting paid per annum.

"There are a lot of cats over there, they'd better start mousing,'' he added.
