as they patrolled Chaplain Bay Park in Warwick around 12.50 p.m. on Monday.

The plainclothes officers saw the man approaching the area and acting suspiciously. He then proceeded to perform an indecent act in view of one of the officers.

He was approached by the officers and continued to perform the indecent act before he was informed that he was under arrest. He was taken to Somerset Police Station and was later released.
