25-year-old man who admitted assaulting a 15 year old.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor last week told the court Wallace Nathaniel Muhammad, of Farmstead Lane, Southampton, became angered by the boy's demeanour after confronting him for hitting a nine-year-old girl.

Mr. Francis heard that Muhammad went to a friend's house after 4.30 p.m. on September 6 last year.

He spoke with the teenager in a bedroom, but the boy's reaction angered Muhammad and he began to hit him, causing bruising about the face and a broken upper molar tooth.

Muhammad was arrested after the victim's mother took the boy to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

Muhammad claimed he had gone to the home to confront the boy as he had punched his girlfriend's sister's stomach and brandished a pair of scissors and threatened to kill the little girl.

Muhammad told Police that he told the victim: "You think everything is a joke.'' Mr. Francis said he wanted to know the background to the matter and ordered a social inquiry report. He also ordered Muhammad to return to court on April 15 for sentencing.

Both men apologised to Magistrate Edward King for their actions.

Soldier Genghis Khan Ebbin, 20, of Friswell's Hill, Pembroke -- who also failed to appear for various Regimental duties -- was unable to appear in court yesterday as he was abroad with the Regiment.

His matter was adjourned until April 17.

And a third warrant was issued for the arrest of 21-year-old soldier Shae Joven Outerbridge, of Malabar Close, Sandys Parish who has not yet been sentenced for his unexplained absences.

PSYCHISTRIC REPORT FOR `DELUSIONAL' MAN CTS Psychiatric report for `delusional' man A man who unbuttoned and unzipped his pants in Magistrates' Court will reappear next month after a psychiatric report is prepared.

Forty-eight-year-old Warren Wayne Smith -- who is under the care of St.

Brendan's psychiatric hospital -- was incoherent and disruptive before Senior Magistrate Will Francis.

Earlier he interrupted the proceedings in another case and had to be removed from court one.

Upon his return, Smith was asked how he pleaded to the charge of using offensive words in a public place.

Smith told Mr. Francis "that depends on what place you're talking about'', and began a long rambling speech.

Mr. Francis interrupted the man and called for an assessment, saying: "This accused appears to be delusional. I'll remand him for mental assessment.'' With that Smith quickly unbuttoned and unzipped his pants to allegedly show a wound telling Mr. Francis: "I don't need no mental assessment. I told you I got run over!'' He was quickly bundled out of the courtroom again and Mr. Francis ordered a psychiatric report.

Smith is expected to return to court on for April 15 for sentencing.
