Kevin Butterfield, of Tribe Road 5, Paget, appeared before Senior Magistrate Will Francis charged with defrauding The Bank of Bermuda of $22,989.

Butterfield was released on $2,500 bail to reappear before the court on August 4. Butterfield's two co-accused did not appear in court yesterday.
