The 43-year-old St. George's man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was ordered to stand trial on August 27.

He was charged last week with sexual assault on a female between January 21, 1995 and September 30, 1996 and with an alternate charge of touching the female's private parts with his genitalia while in a position of trust.

He also pleaded not guilty to inciting the same person to touch his penis while he was in a position of trust between January 31 and August 1, 1995.

Magistrate Edward King set the man's bail at $2,000 with a like surety.
