Police believe he was attacked last Thursday at a private house in St.

Monica's Road in Pembroke.

Officers were not informed of the incident until later the next day, and detectives in the major incident room immediately launched an investigation.

The man is thought to have been transported to hospital via a taxi.

FLASHER SPOTTED ON HORSEHOE BAY BEACH CRM Flasher spotted on Horseshoe Bay Beach A flasher who looked like he had let the cold weather get to him was spotted on Horseshoe Bay Beach yesterday.

A tourist described the man as having a well developed upper body but that the rest of him failed to match.

The 32-year-old Polish holidaymaker said: "I saw him and then turned to walk the other way but he said `No, no, come' and started to follow me.

"He was only about 30 metres away, I was a little bit panicked but I didn't want to show it.

"But he seemed friendly and wanted to talk but he didn't have pants on.'' "I think he was expecting people to come.

"He had a well built body but the rest of him was less impressive.'' "Luckily a woman was walking her dogs nearby. He was talking but the sea was very rough and I couldn't hear him.

"I looked back at him and he was hiding behind a rock and was looking at me but he had his towel on by then.'' The man is described as black, in his thirties and wearing glasses.

The tourist said she leaves the Island today and does not wish to pursue the matter with the Police.

WARRANT ISSED FOR PROMOTER'S ARREST CTS Warrant issued for promoter's arrest A warrant has been issued for the arrest of veteran concert promoter Tony Brannon after he failed to show for a trial yesterday.

Magistrate Edward King issued the warrant for non- appearance at 10 a.m. after waiting for 45 minutes.

Anthony (Tony) Ware Brannon denies operating the sound system for the `Don't stop the Party' at Hawkins Island so that it could be heard at more than 60 feet away between 6 a.m. and midnight on July 29.

On October 20 Mr. Brannon was not required to sign for bail.
